Rotary Yarının Liderlerini Arıyor" (RYLA)

🏅Bugün, Ataşehir Gençlik Parlamentosu üyesi olarak, Rotary Bölge 2420 tarafından düzenlenen ve Çekmeköy Rotary Kulübü 'ün ev sahipliğini yaptığı "Rotary Yarının Liderlerini Arıyor" (RYLA) #liderlik Eğitim Semineri’ni başarıyla tamamlamış olmanın mutluluğunu yaşıyorum. ✨



​Eğitmenlerimiz Ferhan Okay ve Yunus Emre Dönmez rehberliğinde; liderliğin temellerini, bir liderin sahip olması gereken vizyoner ve etik özellikleri, etkili iletişim ve empati yeteneğinin önemini derinlemesine incelediğimiz çok öğretici bir gün geçirdik.



​Eğitim boyunca yaptığımız kişilik testleriyle kendimizi daha yakından tanıma fırsatı bulurken, duyguları anlama üzerine gerçekleştirdiğimiz çalışmalarla bakış açımızı genişlettik. Özellikle günün sonunda makarna ve marshmallowlar ile kule yapma etkinliğinde kurduğumuz ekip ruhu, teorik bilgilerin pratiğe ve iş birliğine nasıl dönüştüğünü görmek adına harika bir deneyimdi! 🍝🏗️🍡



​"Sürekli gelişim ve başarı" hedefime bir adım daha yaklaşmamı sağlayan bu dolu dolu organizasyon için başta eğitmenlerimize ve emeği geçen tüm Rotary ailesine teşekkür ederim. 🎈


​Geleceğin liderleri olarak, bugün kazandığım bu değerli bakış açısını Ataşehir Gençlik Parlamentosu bünyesindeki çalışmalarımda ve projelerimde pratiğe dökmek için sabırsızlanıyorum!

🏅Today, as a member of the Ataşehir Youth Parliament, I am delighted to have successfully completed the "Rotary Seeks Tomorrow's Leaders" (RYLA) Leadership Training Seminar, organized by Rotary District 2420 and hosted by Rotary International - Çekmeköy. ✨



Under the guidance of our instructors Ferhan Okay and Yunus Emre Dönmez, we had a very educational day where we delved deeply into the fundamentals of leadership, the visionary and ethical qualities a leader should possess, and the importance of effective communication and empathy.



Through the personality tests we conducted during the training, we had the opportunity to get to know ourselves better, and we broadened our perspectives with the work we did on understanding emotions. Especially at the end of the day, the team spirit we fostered during the tower-building activity with pasta and marshmallows was a wonderful experience in terms of seeing how theoretical knowledge is transformed into practice and collaboration! 🍝🏗️🍡



I would like to thank our instructors and the entire Rotary family for this enriching event, which brought me one step closer to my goal of "continuous development and success." 🎈



As future leaders, I am eager to put this valuable perspective I gained today into practice in my work and projects within the Ataşehir Youth Parliament!
